Rule No.1
Before signing for delivery, take a picture of the carton and wooden frame pacakge status.
Therefore open the package and inspect the products in front of the delivery man.
- If the products are in perfect condition them sign for the delivery.
- If the products are slighty damaged, take videos and photos and sign the delivery with remarks stating that the package has damages.
- If the delivery man don't let open and inspect, sign with remarks: Delivery man don't let open it.
- If faked signature please provide proofs and make a complaint and get a case number.
Real Cases:
Japanese case, customer get no compensation because the client signed for the delivery without checking the interior parts. Shipping company said it wasn't their fault and rejected the compensation. Insurance company also said that they don't have any proof of it saying that was caused by shipping company or caused by our company. We always send videos and photos after the products are finished for the client checking the parts and give us permission to ship. If there is any scratches, our inspection team will notify and send back the products to be destroyed and production of new parts which are same inspected careefully by our workers to little promenors to avoid the same problem.
Rule No.2
When open the package be carefull in opening the bubbles wraps with cutter, many of our customers get the product destroyed and with scratches accidentaly then nocompensation it is approval due to the fact that this is not our company fault.
Rule No.3
Place the items in a proper place to avoid the product fail down and break itself. Many customers accidentaly broke their items due to placing it in a high place.
