Wzleiyu Tuning has contracted professional inspectors to check and validate all the items before our sales worker ship them out. This ensures that the products are all in good packing condition before shipping.
We warn every customer to check the package and all the items interior if they are in good conditions before signing the shipping receipt from the delivery service. If buyer has open the package and the interior product is damaged, please note the damage on the receipt and contact our sales team immediately with photos of the all items and outside packaging attached. This is a very important and needs buyer cooperation otherwise buyer would not receive any compensation for the damages because we don't have proofs to give to the shipping company to open a file and make claim on the damages products.
