Rule Number 1
If the received product is slightly damaged, please take photos and videos of the outside package and inside material. Then sign with remarks: "XX are damaged."
If the received product is severely damaged, please take photos and videos and sign for rejection of the package.
If delivery company don't let you open package, please take photos and write in the remarks: "delivery company don't let me open the package"
If fake signature, please contact us soon as possible and make a complain and provide evidences.
Real Cases
USA Customer Didn't Got Compensation
Reason: Customer signed delivery with a partial destroyed package without checking interior. Carbon fiber spoiler wing was arrived damaged and our company phoned shipping company but due to the fact that customer has already signed for the package shipping company in the end didn't make compensation to the customer.
Netherlands customer got compensation
Reason: Shipping company delivery worker removed the wooden package that we put on every hoods for his easier carry on without letting the customers knows. When customer received it, he insisted in open it first and check the material before signing. As result, customer found little breaks on the underneath of the hood. He took picture to make complain and got a complain case number. This helped us to contact shipping company and solve the situation. At the end, we won the complain case and the customer got a compensation from the shipping company. We need to work as partner to avoid damages during transportation with the shipping companies.
